If our little one arrives as scheduled we are less than 75 days out!!! It’s so crazy to think about. The first trimester definitely went by slowly because we were so excited to share the news and I couldn’t wait for the nausea to be over. The second trimester seemed to fly by, probably because I actually had energy and we were surrounded by the holidays. Now with about 10 weeks to go, I’m wondering what new things this last trimester will be bring besides the ever frequent trips to the bathroom.

Last weekend we took childbirth education classes at Baptist Hospital and they were wonderful. Neither Dave nor I have any clue what to expect so it was a great way to calm some of our fears. I’m sure we’ll learn everything as we go but at least we don’t have to be as anxious (and we know where to park!).

On the baby name front, we’ve finally settled on a name - Jaxen David Culbreath!! Dave’s been calling him his ‘Jax in the box’ : ) He’s been quite active lately which is so surreal and I think that he’s already learned how to play the drums….at least that’s what it feels like. We’ve been working on the baby room too so more pics to come!
