We weren’t quite sure how the dogs would react to a new member of the family. While I was pregnant, Grizzly never left my side and was completely protective of me. After Jax was born Dave’s parents were super helpful and kept the dogs for a couple of weeks while we got used to having a new baby at home. When the dogs finally came home they weren’t quite sure what to think and they tried really hard to figure out what he was. Now Marley likes to love on him and Grizzly still wants to be right by our sides. Thankfully Jax is used to their barking from when he was in my belly so they don’t wake him up when they bark.

Grizzly and Marley already seem to love their ‘brother’ and as soon as Jax gets a bit older, we know they will be best buds!!
